Renaissance Mixes Business & Pleasure to Create an Award-Winning Work Environment
Renaissance Creative, an award winning marketing and public relations firm was named to The Jacksonville Business Journal’s BEST PLACES TO WORK list.
The competition, now in its third year, recognizes Northeast Florida’s most innovative, creative and fun workplaces. In addition to recognition at the April 17 awards ceremony, winning companies were featured in the April 18th edition of the publication.
In order to qualify for participation, each business had to be nominated by an employee and a minimum number of staff—depending upon the size of the company—had to participate in an attitude-survey that was independently administered by Quantum Market Research, Inc.
Renaissance Creative’s employees proudly nominated the company for a third straight year.
Employees claim the company strives not only to attract the brightest talents in the industry, but also manages to retain them with a uniquely structured work environment. Renaissance employees set their own schedules, freely collaborate on projects, and make frequent social outings as a group.
From after-hours excursions to the bowling alley to business hours brainstorming sessions in the boardroom, employees are encouraged to interject their individual personalities into everything they do. It’s this work hard, play hard attitude that keeps Renaissance at the top of its game.
In addition to after hour activities, employees at Renaissance Creative enjoy monthly birthday lunches, Jacksonville Jaguars and Suns game outings and sporadic company field trips which include recent stops at the YMCA’s indoor rock climbing facility and the Anheuser-Busch Brewery tour.
