Brighton Bay Resort Style Retirement selects Renaissance Creative PR for grand opening

Brighton Bay, Jacksonville's newest resort style retirement community, selected Renaissance Creative PR for its grand opening and to promote the VIP ribbon cutting ceremony.

Wellgate Communities by Miller-Valentine Group developed the spectacular $30 million Brighton Bay over the course of the last two years. Their resident centric approach combined with a beautifully appointed building, with interiors by Rita Williams Merchandising Plus, made quite a splash in the Jacksonville market.

The community has 185 suites, provides its residents with completely maintenance free living and is conveniently located less than a mile from 9A, adjacent to Sweetwater by Del Webb on Sweetwater Parkway.

Renaissance created a PR plan leading up to the grand opening and VIP ribbon cutting, coordinated photography and media relations including earned media placements in @home in The Florida Times Union.

Renaissance worked closely with the marketing leadership from the Miller-Valentine Group. All of Miller-Valentine Group's divisions have combined to provide customers with more than 50 million square feet of commercial space and over 10,000 residential housing units. Miller-Valentine Group, founded in 1963, develops real estate in the Midwest and Southeast regions of the country, with offices in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio, and Columbia, South Carolina.
